1. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
- Use accurate, up-to-date account information.
- Do not share login credentials.
2. Content and licenses
Course materials are licensed for personal use only. Do not redistribute without permission. This includes videos, worksheets, quizzes, lesson slides, and any downloadable content.
- Personal study is allowed across your own devices.
- Public sharing (including social platforms) is not permitted.
- We may remove access if misuse is detected.
3. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. Refunds are available under the policy described in the FAQ. You agree to provide valid billing information and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the selected plan.
4. Acceptable use
Use services lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. You must not upload malicious code, scrape protected content, or abuse instructors, staff, or other learners.
- No harassment, hate speech, or harmful content.
- No cheating on assessments or impersonation.
- No attempts to bypass access controls.
5. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect improvements or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes by posting an updated version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
